We are a small family-run business specialising in building individually-designed homes on single plots or small developments.  In the early stages of construction we work closely with our customers to tailor the house to their specific requirements wherever possible.

We are currently constructing two individually designed three and four bedroomed barn conversions in Picton, a small village on the outskirts of Chester.

We are a small family run business specialising in building quality homes that meet the needs of modern family living.

We have been running our business for over 15 years, and have been in the Residential Homes Construction Industry for 40 years. Our Construction Director, Rob Lockley, has extensive housebuilding experience gained at a senior level with major builders including George Wimpey and McLean Homes, and now uses that knowledge to build more individual homes and small developments.

Experience in building apartments, individually designed houses and larger developments.

As well as building and selling our own homes, we also offer a full building service to those people wishing to design and build their own home to their own specification.

Operating throughout the Wirral, North Wales, Cheshire and surrounding areas.
